To secure your booking, we kindly request a 50% deposit, with the remaining balance due 30 days before your scheduled date. We understand that you may prefer to make smaller, partial payments at your own convenience before the due date, allowing you to create your own personalized payment plan.

Yes, candles are allowed as long as the flame is completely contained in a candle holder. Tapered candles and any type of hanging candles will not be allowed for safety reasons.

The staff at 416 Wabash will take care of the standard set up, clean up, and trash removal during and after the wedding reception. It is your responsibility to ensure that all items brought by you and or vendors are removed by the end of the event.
