  • To secure your booking, we kindly request a 50% deposit, with the remaining balance due 30 days before your scheduled date. We understand that you may prefer to make smaller, partial payments at your own convenience before the due date, allowing you to create your own personalized payment plan.

Catering FAQs

  • You have the option to select any licensed caterer of your choice or pick from our list of preferred vendors.

  • You'll work with the caterer directly, as 416 Wabash doesn't have a kitchen or any heating or cooling facilities.

  • 416 Wabash has no minimums.

Planning FAQs

  • Please be aware that all music and bar services are required to end 30 minutes prior to the conclusion of the event.

  • Please note that deliveries are only allowed during the standard rental period. Kindly inform your vendors about this policy.

  • Yes, candles are allowed as long as the flame is completely contained in a candle holder. Tapered candles and any type of hanging candles will not be allowed for safety reasons.

  • The staff at 416 Wabash will take care of the standard set up, clean up, and trash removal during and after the wedding reception. It is your responsibility to ensure that all items brought by you and or vendors are removed by the end of the event.
